We operate across three main divisions: Software Licensing, Modern Workplace, and Hybrid Meeting Spaces. Our Software Licensing division focuses mainly on the education and charity sectors, while our Modern Workplace and Hybrid Meeting Space division serves community groups, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and government-affiliated organisations.

Job Summary: We require an AV and IT Support Trainee with a strong academic background. This role is suitable for a school leaver seeking development through an apprenticeship, or for a recent university graduate. The ideal candidate will be driven, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a journey to gain industry-recognised qualifications such as the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist and Microsoft IT certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and delivery of AV and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Support the team in managing projects from conception to completion.
• Help in providing Adoption & Change Management services, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Participate in research and development to stay abreast of the latest IT and AV technologies.
• Contribute to the sustainability efforts in designing and implementing IT and AV solutions.
• Work towards becoming an industry-certified professional in AV and IT support.
• Assist on customer sites with installations, training, and support as needed.
• Provide internal and customer IT and AV technical support.
• Engage in sales activities, identifying potential leads, and contributing to the growth of the division.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong GCSEs and A-levels.
• A keen interest in Business and IT.
• The drive to learn and the ambition to achieve professional qualifications, including AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist and Microsoft IT certifications.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work well within a team and independently.
• An interest in developing sales skills and understanding customer needs.
