AI Assistant is an affordable way to get started on your AI journey. Available as an add-on license, it works within Acrobat to allow you to chat with your documents to create impactful content, get quick answers to questions and generate lightning-fast summaries across multiple documents, all within just seconds.

Need to summarise a presentation for your manager to be able to read in less than a minute? Need to analyse the impact of key trends within several different fundraising reports? Need to brainstorm ideas for a university project? You can achieve all this with Adobe AI Assistant, working with PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint files, meeting transcripts, web pages and more.

AI Assistant works within the set boundaries of the documents you specify, giving you more control over what sources it uses to answer questions and base its findings on. This is a great way to get started with AI, particularly within education where you may not wish to give your students complete access to the web if they are sat in exams or are younger students trying out AI for the very first time.

You can get started with Adobe AI Assistant straight away by getting just a couple of licenses for key staff to try out. Then, further down the line, you can roll AI Assistant out for a department of 5-10 people so that they can test it out together as a team.
